Payment and delivery

Method of payment

Our services are payable by certified cheque or postal money order in Canadian or U.S. dollars as well as by the Paypal service (bank transfer or credit card) on or before 30 days following the date of receipt of the invoice.

Translations amounting to more than CAN$1000 or US$850

Fidelis Translation Services will wait for a first instalment, equal or superior to 25% of the established rate before starting the work. The final payment is required when the work is forwarded to the client.

It should be noted that the total cost of the translation must be at least CAN$40 or US$34 (except for regular clients).

Translation delivery

Process for each translated text : Each text is reread and proofread by a person other than the translator. Then, it is returned to the translator for approval. Once it is approved by the translator, the text is forwarded to the client so that he or she may take a glance at the text and make his or her recommendations to the translator. If required, the translator makes the last modifications. Then, he immediately delivers the final copy to the client -either by electronic mail, fax, or parcel service for the documents on paper or on disk.
